As below picture show our original  twin central locking casters  with flat tread. First: We change the flat tread to cambered surface. To make wheel rotation and steering with less force & easier.  Second: We change the tread from dark gray to light gray color, make the wheel color fitting hospital condition better. Beside of above 2 point all other are same: Customized high quality Polyamide body & high quality PU tread. After two years design and test. We are not launch our new single central locking casters. For now we have 125mm and 150mm two size.    Same as old type,new type can also load 110kg/pc for  5 inch central locking casters wheel  and 150kg/pc for  6inch central locking casters    Compare old design we have improve lock cam structure.Now the new design lock cam can be move easier & with less force.    From outside profile New design looks more simple,it’s provide client alternative selection,user can choose the type which they prefer.  

   As we know common medical bed wheels are mostly use 5” and 6”, As they are used on indoor smooth floor.    But most of stretchers are use  200mm central lock casters , Why? Generally below 2 reasons decided the stretcher must use 200mm diameter wheels.   1.Emergency stretcher need work in outdoor that’s need wheel have bigger diameter to ensure it’s have better Passing Ability   2.In outdoor the stretcher caster wheels need face rough and uneven ground & sometimes need move in high speed,That’s need wheel have better function on impact resistance.      Our stretcher caster wheels adopt high strength metal bracket frame with high quality white color shell .Plus high quality precision mute bearings. Beside of this central lock mechanism allow people can operate whole 4 wheels brake easy at same time.   As normal our 8” central locking casters    With two kind of lock stem:Ø32 x 50mm,Ø28 x 95mm .    Load weight reach 180kg/pc.   Lock cam degree: 30

As photos display below.          For wheelchair front caster wheels,we have Ø125mm,Ø150mm,Ø178mm,Ø200mm,Ø245mm wheel,all of these are PU foamed wheels which can match nylon or aluminum fork. For the mount top we use match M12 x 25 thread for nylon fork,and M12 x 65 bolt for aluminum fork mount top.   About the wheelchair rear wheels, we have 20”,22” and 24” three size.According to clients demand.   * For Wheel hub we can match Nylon wheel hub or Steel wire hub.   * For Wheel hand rim we can match aluminum rim,plastic rim,and steel rim   * For tire both solid PU wheel and Pneumatic wheel are available       Beside of this we also can help match quick release pin.       As we know Iv pole are mostly used on hospital and clinic. That request request the mobile base with low noise and smooth running caster wheels. Here we introduce 2 series of our casters for IV pole   First type --- Neoprene rubber casters  with Grip ring stem,plate top,thread stem or bolt hole   * The wheel with super soft neoprene rubber materials   * Each wheel with precision mute ball bearing and anti winding cap   * Wheel support adopt stamped metal frame with chrome plated   * Size available: Ø 50mm ,Ø75mm     Second is  twin wheels caster --- With pu wheel and match grip ring stem,plate top,and threaded stem.   * The wheel frame made from high strength polyamide and high quality polyurethane tread.   * For now only have 50mm diameter.   * Due to excellent and low noise the wheel can used on medical carts,IV pole and other hospital furniture.  

      Casters are just a general name, depending on the work condition, it can be divided into many types, such as furniture casters, industrial casters, and  medical casters . Today we will introduce the characteristics of medical casters.        First of all, medical casters are generally used in clean, quiet environments such as hospitals, clinics, and laboratories. This requires it to have a mute function and it cannot leave mark on the floor. Therefore, general medical casters use TPR or TPE as the tread material.And usually adopt silent bearings.        Secondly, compared to industrial casters, the medical casters profile look more friendly from the visual . For example, the wheels are generally colored in gray. The brackets are usually made of all plastic, stainless steel or chrome plates.They are usually with full plastic brake pedal. This make the wheels and whole medical environment uniform in color. Beside this medical casters need easy to clean and disinfect.  

     We are now develop a new model of  wheelchair casters wheels . See below picture,  8 inch wheelchair front casters wheels  and  10 inch wheelchair rear wheels .        Wheel center with strong reinforce rib and made from good quality PP, And we adopt high quality polyurethane,that ensure entire wheel durable and can rotation at low noise.   Front wheel size : Ø200mm x 38mm wide, Rear wheel’s size :Ø254mm x 38mm wide.        Color option: Full black or black hub with Grey Tyre. Front wheelchair wheels fork can match M12x25 or M12 x 55 threaded stem.
