     We all know hospital need used specialize medical caster wheels. But you may do not know because of difference work status,there need difference function hospital bed wheels.

   

     For instance like below photos,this is common patient bed with 4 plastic cover bed wheels. Each on them are lockable,but you need lock or release them one by one.That's waste time and also can not suitable for emergency use.

       But when the bed are used on emergency department? Like ICU bed,At this status time means life.There may do not leave you so much time to lock or release the caster wheel one by one.So we need use central lock caster wheels, total 4 icu bed caster wheels can be centralized control by a feet panel at same time. 

       As usual ICU bed are more heavier than regular hospital beds. Equipment Plus patient weight the total operate may reach 400kg ~600kg. That's request the central locking caster wheel need running flexible and safety under heavy load condition.

      

       For this we have develop two size of casters ---- 125mm central locking casters (load 100 kg each wheel),and 150mm central lock caster wheels (load 150kg each wheels). With both shorten and long centralized  lock stem.
