* The 3 step function lock will have 2 models

A)“Free -Free- Total lock”

B)“Directional lock -Free- Total lock”

As we know One bed will have 4 pc casters.How to alignment central locking casters? General Speaking he alignment need follow below 3 options.

* .If use 2 step function lock then use use 4 pc same wheel is OK.

* .If use 3 step function lock central locking casters can be follow

2 pc x“A” + 2 pc x“B”

or

3 pc x“A” + 1 pc x“B”

About the lock cam degree it's more easy....according to below instruction there generally have 3 type, Can check your existing lock peal hex hole angle position and make choose:

A: 11mm Hex hole with 30 degree movement

B: 11mm Hex hole with 30 degree movement

C: 11mm Hex hole with 45 degree movement

For single wheel type central locking casters we have: Ø125mm,Ø150mm and Ø200mm

For double wheel central locking casters we have:Ø00mm,Ø125mm and Ø150mm.
