   Due suitable to transfer patients quick and safety.All of hospital bed and medical equipment need install hospital bed casters,and medical caster wheels.The common bed have four swivel brake casters.So can allow the bed can moving flexible to save emergency aid time.

   How ever we need press each brake paddle one by one for the common casters,That's not convenient and waste time. So in some emergency operate bed we need install the central control casters, The caster with central lock,can be connect by linked control system. Allow operate locked all casters once press only one panel.The whole bed can be under control by only one staff.

Locking design analyze of central locking casters

As we know due to  central locking caster s   unique brake structure ,they are usually used as medical casters,such as medical bed,medical trolley,liner casters....   At current there are mainly have two types of central brake design.Press force brake,and Locking Gear Brake   Press force brake: The inner side of wheel surface pressed by the brake disc, the wheel locked by friction/pressure.   Advantages: simple structure, low cost   Defects:   1.
